ORGANİZASYONLARDA YARATICILIK YE YENİLİK SÜRECİNİ OLUMSUZ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Günümüz iş dünyasında farklı yönleriyle ortaya çıkan yaratıcılık, temel olarak organizasyonlar arası rekabeti yöneten en önemli faktör olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Organizasyonlarda yaratıcılığı artırmanın birçok nedeni vardır. Liderler tarafından kontrol edilen içsel ve dışsal faktörler etkin yaratıcı organizasyonel form tasarımında önemli öğelerdir. Ancak birçok faktör liderler ve çalışanların önünde yetenekleri kullanma konusunda engel teşkil etmektedir. Başarı ve sürdürülebilir büyüme yaratıcı organizasyon formuna bağlıdır. Bir organizasyon yaratıcı iş süreçlerine ve yaratıcılığı destekleyen bir yönetim anlayışına sahip ise piyasada daha rekabetçi pozisyona sahip olacaktır. Bu çalışmada, işletmeleri daha fazla yaratıcı yapan ve yaratıcılık sürecini körelten faktörlerin neler olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışmaktayız. Spesifik olarak yaratıcı organizasyonel form yaratılmasında liderliğin etkisi tartışılmaktadır
