Abstract

Çokuluslu işletmeler, ekonomik işletme birimlerinin hukuki şekli ve faaliyetleri dikkate
alınmaksızın iki ya da daha fazla ülkede faaliyet gösteren, yönetimde ortak veya birden fazla karar
merkezinin söz sahibi olduğu, bilgi kaynak ve sorumluluklarının, bölümler arası paylaşıldığı,
ekonomik işletmelerden oluşan bir ticari teşebbüstür.
