GELİŞMEKTE OLAN ÜLKELERDE DÖVİZ KURU UYUŞMAZLIĞI

Abstract

Bu makale, denge reel döviz kuru teorisini analiz etmekte ve uyuşmazlığı, reel döviz
kurunun (RER) denge düzeyinden sapması
olarak tanımlamaktadır. Daha sonra üç alternatif nominal döviz kuru rejimlerinde makroekonomik politikaların rolü incelenmiştir. Önceden belirlenen nominal döviz kurlar, dalgalı
nominal kurlar ve ikili ya da karaborsa döviz
kurlan. Bu tartışma, uygun olmayan makroekonomik politikaların nasıl reel döviz kum
uyuşmazlığına neden olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Nominal devalüasyonlar ve alternatif
yaklaşımları da içeren düzeltici tedbirler değerlendirilmiştir.
