Abstract

Self-assessment, an effective quality management means, is a very important quality measurement method which deals with the quality performance of the organization. Self- assessment is the systematic and comprehensive review of the activities and outcomes of the organization concerning the quality goals.
Employee satisfaction is o ne of the self-assessment criteria. The purpose of this article is to analyze which variables are influential on employee satisfaction. An employee satisfaction analysis has been conducted in the GOSB. In this analysis, significance of the factors that effected the employee satisfaction has been demonstrated by a regression model
