KAMU VE ÖZEL SEKTÖRDE FAALİYET GÖSTEREN İŞLETMELERDE YÖNETİCİLERİN İŞ ÖZELLİKLERİ, LİDERLİK TARZI VE ÖRGÜTE BAĞLILIK AÇISINDAN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu makale, kamu ve özel sektör arasındaki farklılıkları açıklamaya yönelik bir çalışmadır. Cevaplar kamu ve özel sektörde faaliyet gösteren 48 işletme yöneticisinden elde edilmiştir. Özellikle, a) iş özelliklerinin boyuttan; b) tepe yönetiminin liderlik tara; ve c) örgüte bağlılığı algılamada kamu ve özel sektör yöneticileri arasındaki önemli farktan bulmak için hipotezler formüle edildi. Sonuçlar ikinci hipotezi desteklemekte fakat birinci hipotez için kısmı destek sağlarken, üçüncü hipotezi desteklememektedir.
