TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİNDE SATIN ALMA FONKSİYONUNUN DEĞİŞEN KARAKTERİ: STRATEJİK SATIN ALMA

Abstract

Satmalma, tekrar satmak veya üretimde kullanmak üzere yönetsel ve stratejik amaçları gerçekleştirmek için araç gereçlerin, esas parçaların elde edilmesidir. Satınalma, maliyetleri azaltmada ve operasyonel verimliliği sağlamada etkin bir araç olmasından dolayı önemli bir fonksiyondur. Satmalmada hem firma ihtiyaçlarının en etkin biçimde karşılanması hem de tedarikçilerle ilişkilerin etkin bir biçimde yürütülmesi esastır. Satmalma fonksiyonunun bu iki yönlü rolü, fonksiyonun diğer firma fonksiyonlarıyla daha bütünleştirilmesini gerektirmiştir. Bu çalışmada satmalma fonksiyonunun stratejik gelişimi ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda satmalma fonksiyonunun gelişimi içerisinde geleneksel yaklaşım ve stratejik yaklaşım tanımlanmakta, stratejik satmalma süreci açıklanmakta, stratejik satmalmanın önemi ortaya konmaktadır.
