SOSYAL DEĞİŞİM TEORİSİ ÇERÇEVESİNDE ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET VE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ VE GÜVENİN ILIMLAŞTIRICI ETKİSİ

Abstract

Çalışanlar yaptıkları işinin karşılığı olarak sadece yasal kazanımlar elde etmeyi beklemezler. Aynı zamanda yerine getirdikleri görevin, gösterdikleri iyi niyet ve iyiliğin karşılığının ödeneceğini de beklerler. Eğer bu beklentileri karşılanırsa, örgüte karşı -zarar görmeyecekleri konusunda- bir güven geliştirirler. İşte bu ortamda çalışanlar örgütün beklediği davranışlar dışında gönüllü davranışlar da sergileyeceklerdir. Elbette bu durum çalışanların örgütün ne kadar adil olduğuna dair inançlarından da etkilenecektir. Bu çalışma örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı sergilemede örgütsel adaletin katkısını ve güven düzeyinin artmasıyla bu katkının nasıl şekilleneceğini incelemektedir. Sonuçta örgütsel adalet algısının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde açıklayıcı katkısı olduğu ancak güven düzeyinin sonuçlarda büyük fark yaratmadığı görülmüştür.
