Abstract

Individual differences that play an important role in work life are composed of dimensions like personality, interests, values, intelligence, abilities, knowledge, skills, and biographical characteristics which can be measured by tests, intervien’s, and bio data. Managers who appreciate these differences are qııite successful in several aspects of their jobs.
