BENCHMARKING SÜRECİ VE BENCHMARKING’İN YÖNETİM DESTEĞİNİN ÖNEMİ

Abstract

There are implications from benchmarking that transcend the process itself and the benefits to be derived. These have to do with implications for management, the pursuit of business simplification and benchmarking's influence on change initiative. The benchmarking process needs continued management attention to achieve optimum results -in particular for the interpretation and application of the findings. The fully exercised use of the benchmarking process combined with other cotısiderations goes beyond the basics of benchmarking and results in a standard by which to judge the effective simplification of any business.
