ÖRGÜT MİSYONU VE ÖRGÜT BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Under the continuously changing local, national and international socio-economical situations the firm must choose in a differential manner, an appropriate mission statement to keep their existence and to achieve their objective. Therefore it can be said that mission is essential to all organizations. Organizations, in order to satisfy human needs, are social associations, are instituted by human being and they surround us in everyday life. Every organizations aim to realize determined goals. But in organizations which are managed very well, these goals stress very frequently and tlıey accept as a very important function. In other words these mission statements become visible by the concept of mission. Organizational mission which are determined and accepts by members of organization, is very important in point of organizational success, effectiveness and productivity. Without mission, goals of organization is not very clear.
