Abstract

İlkel veya gelişmiş: bütün toplumlarda öğretmen çok önemli bir konumdadır. Öğretmenin toplumun yetişmekte olan nesillerinin şekillendiricisi olduğu gerçeği asla unutulmamalı ve bu gerçekten hareketle öğretmen yetiştirme politikası üzerinde önemle durulmalı, öğretmenler topluma iyi birer örnek olacak şekilde eğitilmelidir.
