Abstract

This study reviews the organizational performance concept in the research context as it has been as a popular variable of practical signifıcance recently in especially strategic management fıeld. The concept will be covered by trying to understand it in research contexts looking at its past, preseni and future. The landmark studies in organizational performance are to be reviewed and iııterpreted, and some suggestions for future studies are to be offerecL
