We use the notion of weighted sharing of sets to deal with theproblem of uniqueness of meromorphic functions sharing three sets and obtainsome results which in turn improve and extend a series of results obtained in[2] and [3]. One example is exhibited to show that one condition in one of ourresults is the best possible
