Elektro Erozyon ile İşlemede İşleme Parametrelerinin Matematiksel Modellenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Tepki Yüzeyi Metodu
(TYM) (surface response methodology) kullanılarak, 1040 çeliğinin elektro
erozyon ile işlenmesinde işparçası işleme hızı (İİH), yüzey pürüzlülüğü (RJ ve
elektrot aşınma hızı (EAH) gibi performans değerlerinin analizi ve matematiksel
modellenmesi sunulmuştur. Deneysel verilere regresyon analizi uygulanarak
birçok bağımsız girdi değişkenine bağlı matematiksel modeller oluşturulmuştur.
