Dikdörtgen Kesitli Disk Yayların Optimum Kesit Tasarımı

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada, iki farklı optimizasyon yöntemi ile iç çap, dış çap, kahnhk,
yükseklik ve yükü verilen disk yayların kesit optimizasyonu
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç fonksiyonu olarak disk hacminin azaltılması ile
eksenel deformasyon ve gerilme değerleri kısıtlarından oluşan bir optimizasyon
modeli kurulmuştur. Yapılan optimizasyon çalışmasının geçerliliğini göstermek
için örnek bir disk yayın optimizasyonu ele alınmıştır .
