Eksenel Simetrik Levha Çekme İşlemlerinin Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi ile Analizi

Abstract

Metal
levha çekme işlemlerinin sayısal yöntemlerle çözümü, sanayide zaman, işgücü ve
malzeme kaybına neden olan birden fazla kalıp üretiminin en aza indirilmesini
sağlamaktadır. Metal levha işlemlerinin analizinde kullanılan sayısal
yöntemlerin en etkin ve yaygın olanı sonlu elemanlar yöntemidir. Bu yöntemle
malzemenin şekil değişimini ve buna bağlı olarak kalınlık değişimini saptamak
mümkün olmaktadır. Böylece gerekli taslak geometrisi önceden
belirlenebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, eksene göre simetrik parçaların çekme
işlemi sırasındaki şekil değişimi üç boyutlu bir sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ile
incelenmiştir.
