Metal Şekillendirmenin Sonlu Eleman Yöntemiyle Sayısal Benzetimi

Abstract

Metal
şekillendirmenin bir üretim seçeneği olarak öneminin artması, bu konuda etkin
kuramsal çözümleme yöntemlerinin gereksinimini doğurmuştur. Bu bildirinin ilk
bölümünde, metal şekillendirme işleminin sayısal benzetimini amaçlayan bir
sonlu elemanlar yaklaşımının temelleri tanıtılacaktır. Yöntem hayali yer
değiştirmeleri ilkesinin zamana göre olan değişim şekline dayanmakta ve her
türlü doğrusal olmayan kinematik öğeleri içermektedir. Malzemenin
elastik-plastik şekil değişimini tanımlayan genelleştirilmiş Prandtl-Reuss
bağıntıları kullanılmıştır. Bildirinin ikinci bölümünde ise, bu şekilde
geliştirilen sonlu elemanlar yönteminin değerlendirilmesi verilmiştir. Bu
amaçla gerek kuramsal gerekse deneysel karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Bu
karşılaştırmalardan elde edilen uyum tatminkârdır.
