Bir şey-i latîf ki zâtî sebeb-i ârâyiş-i âlem ve medâr-ı hayât-ı âdem olup asl ve nesli pâk ve şerâfet-i zâtiyyesi teslîm-gerde-i sükkân-ı zemîn ve eflâk olarak ibtidâ-yı âferînişten beri sergüzeşt ve hikâyâtı yerden göğe kadar velvele-bahşâ-yı hayret ve onun terbiyyetiyle iştigâl düşünülse hakîkata mûcib-i medeniyyet ve servet-i mülk ve millet olmasıyla velî-ni’met-i âlem denmeğe şâyândır
