Mergen Fikir Liderleri Dergisi acknowledges that artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used as supportive technologies in academic writing. However, AI systems cannot be listed as authors under any circumstances and cannot replace human academic responsibility.

AI tools may be used for the following limited purposes:
• Grammar and language editing
• Stylistic refinement and clarity improvement
• Technical formatting assistance
• Support in literature searching

AI tools may not be used for:
• Generating original scientific content
• Creating, manipulating, or fabricating data
• Automatically writing analysis, discussion, or conclusion sections
• Producing fabricated or unverifiable references

The full scientific, ethical, and legal responsibility of all submitted manuscripts remains solely with the authors. The use of AI-assisted tools does not transfer or diminish author responsibility.

The editorial board reserves the right to use AI-detection or screening tools when deemed necessary. In cases of suspected ethical violations, the journal reserves the right to suspend or reject the manuscript.

This policy applies to all published works in the journal. Unless otherwise specified, individual AI disclosure statements are not required for each manuscript.
