Abstract
Bu çalışmada sorunlu alacak tahsili saikıyla hareket eden bankanın, icra idaresi eliyle yürütülen merhun/mahcuz varlık satış işlemindeki politikası inceleme konusu yapılmıştır. İlk olarak ilgili süreç kapsamında bankanın elde edeceği getiri modellenmiştir. Modelde muhammen bedel, ihale sonucu ve edinilen varlığın satış değeri olasılık değişkenleri, kalan değerler ise kesin değişkenler olarak kabul edilmiştir. Modelde karar değişkeni bankanın ihaleye hangi fiyata kadar iştirak edeceği hususu olarak belirlenmiştir. Son olarak, bankanın net getirisini optimize eden ihale iştirak limiti belirlenmiştir
