İç Girişimcilik Eğilimine İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Uygulamalarından Bakış

Abstract

Girişimcilik olgusunun işletmelerin içsel faaliyetlerine yönel mesi, iç girişimcilik kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. İç girişimcilik ve yenilikçiliğin desteklenmesi konusunda, yüksek performanslı iş sis temleri (YPİS) içinde ele alınan insan kaynakları yönetimi (İKY) uy gulamaları önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, stratejik İKY’nde uyum ve esneklik yaklaşımı çerçevesinde YPİS içinde ele alınan İKY uygulamalarının örgütlerdeki iç girişimcilik eğilimine olası etkilerini kavramsal bir çerçevede incelemektir. Ayrıca, iç girişimcilik ve yenilikçiliği destekleyebileceği düşünülen yüksek performanslı İKY uygulamalarındaki değişimlerden örnekler veril mektedir.

Intrapreneurship Orientation in Consideration With Human Resources Management Practices

Abstract

Intrapreneurship refers to carrying out entrepreneurial activities in an existing enterprise. Some HR practices which have been found to enable high performance-labeled as high performance work systems (HPWS) - are considered in literature as important dimensions for supporting intrapreneurship and innovation. This study aims at theoretically addressing some potential influences of HPWS on intrapreneurial activities on the basis of fit and flexibility approach in strategic HRM with some examples of changes in HPWS regarding HRM practices.
