Çocuklar için Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği Çocuk Formu (ÇDDÖ) ve Yetişkin Formunun (ÇDDÖ-YF) Türkçeye Uyarlanması

Abstract

Bu çalışma da çocukların duygu düzenleme becerilerini ölçmek üzere Rydell vd. tarafından geliştirilen “Çocuklar için Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği (ÇDDÖ)” ile “Çocuklar için Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu (ÇDDÖ-YF)”nun Türkçe’ye uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Çocuklar için Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği (ÇDDÖ); öfke, heyecan, korku ve üzüntü olmak üzere dört alt boyuta ilişkin 29 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Çocuklar için Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu (ÇDDÖ-YF) ise ölçekte iki yapı olarak ele alınan duygu yoğunluğu ve duygu düzenleme becerilerini öfke, korku, coşku-heyecan ve üzüntü olmak üzere dört alt boyut içerisinde değerlendirmekte ve 40 maddeden meydana gelmektedir. Uyarlama çalışmasına ilişkin örneklem gurubunu 8-12 yaş aralığındaki 584 çocuk ve bunlardan 402’sinin ebeveyni oluşturmuştur. Belirlenen amaç doğrultusunda ilk olarak ölçeklerin dil eşdeğerliği sağlanmıştır. Ardından ölçeklerin geçerliğini sağlamak üzere; kapsam geçerliği için uzman görüşüne, yapı geçerliği için ise doğrulayıcı faktör analizine başvurulmuştur. Güvenirliğin belirlenmesinde Cronbach Alpha ve McDonald  katsayılarının kullanılmasının yanı sıra. test tekrar test güvenirliğine başvurulmuştur. Analizler sonucunda, ölçeklere ait Türkçe formların geçerli ve güvenilir oldukları ve ölçeklerin 8-12 yaş grubu çocukların duygu düzenlemeleri ile ilgili araştırmalarda kullanılabileceği belirlenmiştir.
