Pedagojik Liderlik: Bir Ölçek Uyarlama Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Grosin (2004) tarafından geliştirilen, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması Hellström ve Hagquist (2021) tarafından yapılan Pedagojik Liderlik Ölçeği (PLÖ)’nin Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin dilsel eşdeğerliğini sağlamak amacıyla orijinal İsveççe halinden ve çeşitli araştırmalarda yer verilen İngilizce hallerinden birbirinden bağımsız dil uzmanlarına çeviriler yaptırılmış ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen nihai ölçek formu 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Türkiye’nin çeşitli şehirlerinde görev yapmakta olan 304 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Toplanan veriler üzerinden ölçeğin yapısını doğrulamak üzere WLSMV kestirim yöntemi kullanılarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen uyum indeks değerleri ölçeğin 16 maddeden oluşan 2 boyutlu yapısını doğrulanmıştır. PLÖ’nün 2 faktörlü yapısına ilişkin iç güvenirliği test etmek amacıyla Cronbach Alfa (α), Tabakalı Alfa (αt) ve Bileşik Güvenirlik (cR) katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ölçeğin oldukça yüksek düzeyde iç güvenirliğe sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Ölçekte yer alan maddelerin ayırt ediciliğini sınamak için madde toplam korelasyon katsayısı (rit) ve düzeltilmiş madde korelasyon katsayısı (rir) hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını belirlemek için üst ve alt %27 puan grupları arasında bağımsız gruplar t-testi yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar, ölçeğin ayırt edici maddelerden oluştuğunu göstermiştir.
