Philosophy and Related Fields Skills within the Content of K12 Skills Framework Türkiye Holistic Model: “Philosophy Document Analysis” Activity Sample

Abstract

One of the basic objectives of philosophy teaching is not to transfer philosophy literature as it is, but to investigate and evaluate the concepts, problems and arguments that are known to be the issues of philosophy. Philosophy, in general sense, is the effort of conceptualization and explanation in an interrogative manner. The efficient way of determining this effort that reveals itself in the discourses and actions in an integrative style goes through turning it into a philosophical text and express. Made up of such linguistic and logical structures as concept, question, problem, assertation, reason, criticism and argument, philosophical text is regarded as the texts based on the features of philosophical thought. Understanding these texts truly depends on the attainment and development of document analysis of philosophical texts. Based on such various analyses ways as phenomenological, deconstruction and hermeneutic, this skill is turned into behaviour with the explanation of the philosophical text critically. Some sampling studies are needed for this. In the current study, it is aimed to give a sample study regarding how the field skills for the philosophy and related fields courses within the Content of Türkiye Integrative Model for K12 Skills Framework could be put into service by the teacher. In this sense, it is believed that the activity sample form in a way to comprise the teaching-learning process of philosophical document analysis that is an integral skill of main skill of philosophical reasoning would be a guide for teachers, students, program developing experts and for the application of other skills.

K12 Beceriler Çerçevesi Türkiye Bütüncül Modeli Kapsamında Felsefe Grubu Alan Becerileri: “Felsefi Metin İnceleme” Etkinlik Örneği

Abstract

Felsefe öğretiminin temel amaçlarından biri felsefi literatürün olduğu gibi aktarılması değil felsefenin konu edindiği kavram, problem ve argümanların incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesidir. Felsefe, genel olarak sorgulayıcı bir tavır içinde kavramsallaştırma ve anlamlandırma çabasıdır. Kendini söylem ve eylemlerde gösteren bu çabanın bütüncül olarak ortaya konulmasının verimli yolu ise onun felsefi metine dönüştürülüp ifade edilmesinden geçer. Kavram, soru, problem, iddia, gerekçe, eleştirme ve argüman gibi dilsel ve mantıksal yapılardan oluşan felsefi metin, felsefi düşünüşün özelliklerini içeren temellendirilmiş yazılardır. Bu metinlerin doğru anlaşılması felsefi metin inceleme becerisinin kazanılması ve geliştirilmesine bağlıdır. Fenomenolojik, yapı söküm ve hermeneutik gibi çeşitli analiz yollarına dayanan bu beceri, felsefi metnin eleştirel olarak anlamlandırılmasıyla davranışa dönüşür. Bunun için de örnek uygulamalara ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada K12 Beceriler Çerçevesi Türkiye Bütüncül Modeli Kapsamındaki felsefe grubu dersleri alan becerinin öğretmen tarafından nasıl işe koşulabileceğine dair örnek uygulama göstermek amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede felsefi muhakeme ana becerisinin bütünleşik becerisi olan felsefi metin inceleme becerisinin öğretme-öğrenme sürecini kapsayacak şekilde oluşturulan etkinlik örneğinin öğretmenlere, öğrencilere, program geliştirme uzmanlarına ve diğer becerilerin uygulanmasına rehber olacağı öngörülmektedir.
