THE PLANNING of EDUCATION MODEL
AT VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
Abstract
In this study, Turkey’s education system, vocational and technical education
issues, qualified manpower and multi-purpose high school model approach
has been emphasized.
With technology rapidly advances today’s professional needs of the
changed and new occupations species have revealed. Accordingly, new types of
occupation were uncovered. Stereotypical understanding of the vocational
training system in Turkey with an understanding of the education system continues
to go to this school does not meet the needs of students today. Vocational
training system in which schools can not keep pace with technological developments,
the success of the students at these schools has led to low levels.
In this study, multi purpose high scools model was developed by gathering
vocational and technical high schools in Turkey under one roof.
Manpower profile in today and future was revealed . Necesities of vocational
and technical education in today and future was designed.

Abstract
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki eğitim sistemi, mesleki ve teknik eğitimsorunları, kalifiyeli insan gücü yetiştirme ve çok amaçlı lise modeli yaklaşımıüzerinde durulmuştur Teknolojideki hızlı gelişmeler günümüzdeki mesleklerin yeniden
gözden geçirilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak yeni meslek türlerini
ortaya çıkarmıştır. Türkiye’deki mesleki eğitim sistemi anlayışı kalıplaşmış
eğitim sistemi anlayışıyla devam ettiği için bu liselere giden öğrencilerin
günümüz ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamamaktadır. Mesleki eğitim sistemi içindeki
okullar teknolojik gelişmelere ayak uyduramadığından bu okullardaki öğrencilerin
başarı seviyesi düşük olmasına neden olmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki mesleki ve teknik liseler ve genel liseleri
tek çatı altında toplayıp çok amaçlı lise modeli programı tasarlanmıştır.
Günümüzdeki ve gelecekteki insan gücü profili ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Mesleki ve
teknik eğitim programının günümüzdeki ve gelecekteki ihtiyaçları göz önüne
alarak yeniden tasarlanmıştır
