EFFECTS OF ORGANIC AND INORGANIC FERTILIZERS ON COULIFLOWER CULTIVATION IN AKSARAY CONDITIONS

Abstract

The study was conducted to research different organic and inorganic fertilizer applications affect on yield and some quality characteristics of cauliflower in Aksaray Ecological conditions at 2012 growth period. It was planned as randomized block design with 4 replications. Karnabit F1 cauliflower cultivar was used as plant material. As organic material, chicken manure as 2 ton/da, cattle manure as 4 ton/da, sheep manure as 4 ton/da, NPK as 12 kg/da N, 15 kg/da P and 15 kg/da K and different combinations of organic and mineral fertilizer were applied. None fertilizer was applied for control plots. During the vegetation period, plant height, root length, stem diameter, leave diameter, leave length, shading diameter, marketable shading weight, marketable weight, soluble dry matter content within water, leave and nutrient content of shading were determined in 5 randomly selected plants. The results showed that U6 (%25Mineral Fertilizer+%75Chicken Manure) treatment was found efficient in respect to marketable shading weight and yield. In addition, organic and inorganic fertilizer with different combinations were determined as more efficient by comparison to their individual applications. In examine other parameters, different results were obtained in respect to the their applications. The results related to plant development and shading quality were presented within the text.

ORGANİK VE İNORGANİK GÜBRELERİN AKSARAY KOŞULLARINDA KARNABAHAR YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Aksaray ekolojik koşullarında karnabahar yetiştiriciliğinde farklı organik ve inorganik gübre uygulamalarının verim ve bazı kalite özelliklerine etkileriniortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2012 yılında Aksaray ili Yeşilova Kasabası’nda tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Bitki materyali olarak Karnabit F1 karnabahar çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Uygulamada organik madde olarak tavuk gübresi (2 ton/da), sığır gübresi (4 ton/da), koyun gübresi (4 ton/da) ile NPK (12 kg/da N, 15 kg/da P ve 15 kg/da K) gübreleri ve organik gübreler ile mineral gübrelerin farklı doz kombinasyonları uygulanmıştır. Kontrol parsellerine gübre uygulaması yapılmamıştır. Karnabaharlarda hasattan sonra her parselden tesadüfen seçilen 5 adet bitkide dikimden hasada kadar geçen süre, bitki boyu, kök boyu, gövde çapı, yaprak sayısı, yaprak çapı, yaprak boyu, taç çapı, taç boyu, pazarlanabilir taç ağırlığı, pazarlanabilir verim, suda çözünebilir kuru madde miktarı, yaprak ve taçta besin maddesi içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak pazarlanabilir taç ağırlığı ve verim açısından U6 (%25Mineral Gübre+%75Tavuk Gübresi) uygulaması ön plana çıkmıştır.Organik ve inorganik gübrelerin farklı kombinasyonlar halinde kullanılmasının, tek başına kullanılmasından daha etkili olduğu araştırmamız sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. İncelenen diğer kriterler yönünden; sonuçlar, uygulamalara göre farklılık göstermiştir. Bitki gelişmesi ve taç kalitesi ile ilgili sonuçlar makalede sunulmuştur
