Endüstri 4.0 Teknolojilerinin Transferi: İSO 500 Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim İşletmeleri Uygulaması

Abstract

Eşiğinde olduğumuz Endüstri 4.0’ın geleneksel endüstrileri ya değişeceği ya da tamamen ortadan kaldıracağı öngörülmektedir. Bu nedenden dolayı da Endüstri 4.0’a erken adapte olan işletmelerin diğer endüstri devrimlerinde olduğu gibi rekabette avantajı sağlayacakları açıktır. Buradan hareketle Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim Endüstrisinin, bu devrimden etkilenmesi kaçınılmazdır. Endüstri 4.0’a adapte olmanın en kolay yöntemlerinden birisi ise teknoloji transferidir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada Türkiye için en önemli endüstrilerden biri olan Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim Endüstrisi’nin Endüstri 4.0 Teknolojilerinin Transferi değerlendirilmektedir. Bu değerlendirme kapsamına, İSO’nun 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu listesine girmeyi başarmış Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim işletmeleri incelenmiştir. İlgili işletmelerin verileri; resmi web sayfaları, raporları, kurumsal medya paylaşımları ve haber kaynaklarından elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizinden; Tekstil işletmelerinin %47,37 (18 adet)’si ve hazır giyim işletmelerinin %28,57 (4 adet) Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinden bazılarını transfer etmiş olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Tekstil ve giyim işletmeleri en fazla Büyük veri teknolojisi transferi gerçekleştirmişlerdir. Diğer taraftan, Tekstil işletmeleri, sistem entegrasyonu, Hazır giyim işletmeler ise; Bulut Bilişim ve Özerk Robot teknolojilerini henüz transfer etmemiş oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Industry 4.0 Technologies Transfer: ISO 500 Textile and Apparel Enterprises Review

Abstract

Industry 4.0, which we are on the verge of, is projected to either change or completely eliminate traditional industries. For this reason, it is clear that businesses that adapted early to Industry 4.0 will have an advantage in competition, as in other industrial revolutions. Hence, it is inevitable for the Textile and Ready-to-Wear Industry to be affected by this revolution. One of the easiest methods to adapt to Industry 4.0 is technology transfer. For this reason, the transfer of Industry 4.0 technologies of textile and apparel industry, one of the most important industries for Turkey, is evaluated in this study. Within the scope of this assessment, textile and ready-to-wear enterprises that managed to enter ISO's list of 500 major industrial enterprises were examined. The data of the related enterprises have obtained from official web pages, reports, corporate media shares and news sources. From the analysis of the data obtained, it has found that 47.37% (18 units) of textile enterprises and 28.57% (4 units) of apparel enterprises transferred some of the technologies of Industry 4.0. In addition, textile and clothing companies transferred the Big Data Technology the most. On the other hand, it has been determined that textile enterprises have not yet transferred system integration and apparel enterprises have not yet transferred Cloud Computing and autonomous Robot technologies.
