The Manas Journal of Social Studies is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, scientific journal that adheres to scientific and ethical standards and publishes four issues annually. The journal aims to publish research conducted in the field of social sciences and make it available to the academic community.

History: The Manas Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi-Manas Journal of Social Studies began publication in 2002 under the name Manas University Journal of Social Sciences. A total of 25 issues were published. The last two issues were electronic, while the remaining issues were in print. Since 2012, the journal has continued its publication as the Manas Sosyal Araştırmalar Dergisi-Manas Journal of Social Studies (MJSS), issuing four issues annually.
