Abstract
The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, which entered the world and Türkiye at the end of 2019, continues. Controlling the epidemic and ensuring minimum living conditions for daily life occupy the agenda of countries. The epidemic influenced the economy, social life, and education. To solve these problems experienced in the field of education, different policies have been applied based on countries, and distance education plans have been made. This study deals with the educational practices of developed countries during the epidemic process, based on distance education planning and management approaches. Since the sample to the source of the study is large, and we selected five developed countries like Germany, Belgium, France, England, and Canada). We used the literature review method to obtain the study's data (Field Research). As secondary data sources (statistics, books, reports, articles, newspapers, documents, and minutes) we used to reach the desired information during the research process.
