Abdominal Koza Sendromu : Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Abdominal koza sendromu genellikle genç kadınlarda görülen, klinikte akut veya subakut ileus bulguları ile karşımıza çıkan nadir bir ileus nedenidir. Bağırsakların tamamını ya da bir kısmını saran bant mevcuttur. Sebebi tam olarak bilinememektedir. Bu yazıda kliniğimizde tanı koyduğumuz abdominal koza sendromlu bir hastayı literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.
