Mann Whitney U tests were used for the evaluation of the differences
between the groups.
In our study 100 patients are evaluated which met with the criterias.
The mean age of the hiperemezis gravidarum patients was 27.3+5
years and the mean age of the control group was 28.5±3.5 years.
There isn’t any statistically significant difference between the mean
age of the groups(p=0.167). Patients with hyperemezis gravidarum
has significantly lower ratio of smokers than the control
group(p=0.037). Smoker pregnant women have significantly lower
somatization scale (p=0.045). The pregnant women who had story of
physchiatric relatives have significantly higher fobic alt scale points
than the others(p=0.018).
Somatization, Anxiety, Obsession, Depression, Psycotic, Paranoid,

Year 2017, Volume: 1 Issue: 3, 76 - 83, 29.12.2017

Abstract

Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğimize Başvuran Hiperemezis
Gravidarumlu hastaların psikolojik belirtilerini taramayı amaçladık.
Çalışmaya Mayıs 2015 ile Eylül 2016 tarihleri arasında hastanemize
başvuran, bulantı-kusma yakınması olan, canlı, tekil gebelikler dahil
edildi.
