ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME SÜRECİNDE KİŞİ-İŞ UYUMUNDAN KİŞİ-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNA YÖNELİK BİR MODEL ÖNERİSİ

Abstract

Yeni bir işletmede çalışmaya başlayan bireyler genellikle yeni bir rolle karşılaşmaktadır. Bu durumda bireyin hızlı bir şekilde rolüne ve işletmeye uyum sağlaması için işletmenin normlarını, değerlerini, hedeflerini öğrenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu öğrenme aşaması bireylerin örgütsel dinamiklere uygun olarak şekillendirildiği bir sosyalleşme sürecidir. Bireyin yeni görevine adapte olması, kişilerarası ilişkiler kurulması ve bireysel hedefler ile örgütün hedeflerinin uyumlaştırılması gibi bir dizi aşamayı içeren bu sosyalleşme sürecinin başarılı olması hem birey açısından hem örgüt açısından olumlu sonuçlar elde edilmesini sağlamaktadır.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, kişi-iş uyumundan kişi-örgüt uyumuna giden süreçte örgütsel sosyalleşme olgusunu literatür ışığında teorik açıdan ele almaktadır. Çalışmada yöntem olarak literatür taraması kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda bir model geliştirilmiş ve bütüncül bir bakış açısı ortaya konmuştur. Modelde kişi-grup uyumunu, hem sosyalleşme taktikleri ile hem de ilişki inşa etme yoluyla, kişi-iş uyumu ile kişi-örgüt uyumu arasında aracı bir değişkendir. Bu modele göre, ilişki inşa edilmesi ile kişi-grup uyumu için gerekli şartlar sağlanmakta ve sosyalleşme taktikleri ile örgütün amaçları ve hedefleri ile bireyin amaç ve hedefleri bağdaştırılmaktadır. Geliştirilen bu yeni model ile bu çalışmanın örgütsel sosyalleşme çalışmalarına derinlik katacağı ve literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
