A Rare Cause of Acute Abdomen: Spontaneous Uterine Rupture Arising from Cervical Carcinoma

Abstract

Uterin perforation on pyometra is a rare complication. Clinical symptoms look like gastrointestinal perforation but it is in rare reasons of acute abdomen. In so many cases certain diagnosis can be made by laparotomy. In our case report; a 62 years old female patient presented for literature who came to our clinic with generalize peritonitis diagnosis and uterin perforation due to cervix carcinoma which detected at explorative laparotomy.
