18 haftalık gebelikte izole fallop tüp torsiyonu: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

 İkinci trimesterda izole tuba torsiyonu nadir görülen bir durumdur. Biz 18 haftalık gebeliği olan peroperatif  izole tuba torsiyonu tespit edilen vakayı sunmayı amaçladık.

Olgumuz 24 yaşında sol alt kadran ağrısı şikayeti ile başvurdu. Tanı koyamadığımız vakada diagnostik L/S ‘de izole tubal torsiyon tespit edildi. Aynı seansta mini laparotomi ile sol salfenjektomi uygulandı. İzole tuba torsiyonu (ITT), genel semptomları alt abdomen ağrısı, bulantı ve kusmadır. Semptomları nonspesifik olduğundan izole tuba torsiyonu teşhis edilemeyebilir, gecikmiş tedavi olabilir ve tubayı koruma şansı azalabilir.

İzole tuba torsiyonu çok nadir bir durum olmasına rağmen reproduktif çağdaki kadınlarda alt abdomen ağrısının önemli bir nedenidir.
