SPERMATOGENİK HÜCRELERDE BETA1 İNTEGRİN VE FİBRONEKTİN DAĞILIMI

Abstract

Fibronectin takes place in cell-cell interaction and is an important connective component of extracellular matrix. Fibronectin interacts with its receptor, β1 integrin, and takes place in cell adhesion, migration and proliferation. In this study, we examined the distribution of fibronectin and β1 integrin of testis tissues in different developmental stages in the light of literature.
As a result, we can conclude that fibronectin in testis is more functional in cell-basement membrane and basament membrane-interstitial tissue interaction than cell-cell interaction; and β1 integrin is essential in cell-cell interaction and spermatogenesis.

SPERMATOGENİK HÜCRELERDE BETA1 İNTEGRİN VE FİBRONEKTİN DAĞILIMI

Abstract

Hücreler arası etkileşime aracılık eden fibronektin, hücredışı matriksin önemli bir bağlayıcı bileşenidir. Fibronektin, reseptörü olan β1 integrinlerle etkileşerek hücre adhezyonu, hücre göçü ve çoğalması gibi yaşamsal olaylara katılırlar. Bu çalışmada çeşitli gelişim dönemlerindeki testis dokularında fibronektin ve laminin reseptörü olan β1 integrin dağılımı literatür ışığında değerlendirildi. Sonuç olarak testiste fibronektinin hücre-hücre etkileşiminden çok hücre-bazal membran ve bazal membran-interstisyel doku etkileşiminde işlevsel olduğu; β1 integrinin ise daha çok hücre-hücre etkileşiminde ve dolayısıyla spermatogeneziste etkin olabileceği kanısına varıldı.
