EŞ ZAMANLI 2 AYRI ODAKTA KÜÇÜK HÜCRELİ AKCİĞER KARSİNOMUYLA BAŞVURAN SINIRLI EVREDEKİ BİR OLGU

Abstract

Küçük Hücreli Akciğer Kanseri sigara kullanımında azalmaya rağmen halen sıklıkla görülen kanserlerden birisidir. Modern tıptaki tüm gelişmelere rağmen halen hastaların birçoğu ileri evrelerde yakalanmakta ve küratif tedavi seçenekleri uygulanamamaktadır. Dolayısıyla da bu durum hastaların sağ kalımlarına yansımakta ve halen yüz güldürücü sonuçlar elde edilememektedir. Biz bu olgu sunumunda tanı anında yaygın evre gibi prezente olan ancak yapılan tetkikler sonucu her ikisininde sınırlı evre iki ayrı küçük hücreli akciğer kanseri odağı olduğunu saptadığımız bir olguyu sunduk.

A Patient Presented With Simultaneously Two Seperate Limited Stage Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

Abstract

Despite the decline in the usage of cigarette, Small Cell Lung Cancer is one of the still often seen malignancy . Despite all the advances in modern medicine still caught in the majority of patients with advanced stage and curative treatment options are not applicable. Therefore, this situation is reflected in patient survival and still not be achieved promising results. In this case report we reported a case presenting as extensive disease at diagnosis, but the results of the examinations carried out two seperate small cell lung cancer and both of them are in the limited stage disease
