Kentsel Topluluklarda Sürdürülebilir Gıda Tematik Ağı ve Başarılı Uygulama Örnekleri

Abstract

Son yıllarda, gıda sistemlerinin kentsel alanlarda iyileştirilmesi ihtiyacı uluslararası ölçekte önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu kapsamda, URBACT programı kentlerin sosyal, çevresel ve ekonomik konuları bir araya getirebilen kentsel çözümler üretmelerine destek olmaktadır. URBACT Tematik Ağı ‘Kentsel Topluluklarda Sürdürülebilir Gıda’ 2012-2015 yılları arasında uygulanan 10 Avrupa ülkesinin dahil olduğu önemli bir projedir. İlgili projenin, gıda konusunda odaklandığı temalar yetiştirme, teslim etme ve keyif almadır. Çalışma kapsamında, öncelikle URBACT Kentsel Topluluklarda Sürdürülebilir Gıda Tematik Ağı’nın kapsamı ve gıda konusuna ilişkin çalışmaları ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışmada ikinci olarak, Proje’de yer olan ülkelerden Belçika Brüksel kenti, Hollanda Amersfoort kenti ve İsveç Göteborg kenti URBACT tematik ağı kapsamındaki uygulamaları yetiştirme, teslim etme ve keyif alma konuları üzerinden incelenmiştir. Çalışmada son olarak, ilgili projenin, sürdürülebilir gıda konusuna yönelik katkıları açıklanmış ve kentsel alanlarda sürdürülebilir gıda ve gıda sistemlerinin iyileştirilmesine yönelik öneriler ortaya konulmuştur.
