Adölesan Gebelerde Kültürel Faktörler ve Distresin, Psikososyal Sağlık Üzerine Etkilerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışma, adölesan gebelerde kültürel faktörler ve distresin, psikososyal sağlık üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma, Muş Devlet Hastanesi Kadın Doğum Polikliniklerinde 1 Mayıs 2020- 1 Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 100 adölesan gebe ile tamamlandı. Verilerin toplanmasında; Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Tilburg Gebelikte Distres Ölçeği (TGDÖ) ve Gebelikte Psikososyal Sağlığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği (GPSDÖ) kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Adölesan gebelerin TGDÖ ortalama puanı (18,55±7,54), GPSSDÖ ortalama puanı (3.79±0.55) olarak bulundu. Adölesan gebelerin ölçeklerden aldığı toplam puanlar karşılaştırıldığında GPSSDÖ ve TGDÖ arasında negatif yönde istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir (r=-,837**, p<0.01.). Ayrıca her iki ölçeğin bütün alt boyutları arasında negatif yönde istatistiki olarak anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir(p<0.01). Sonuç: Bu araştırmada; adölesan gebelerin, %11’inin distres altında olduğu ve %3’ünün psikososyal sağlık düzeylerinin düşük olmasına karşın çoğunluğun psikososyal sağlık düzeylerinin iyi olduğu bulunmuştur. TGDÖ ve GPSSDÖ arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuş olup kültürel faktörlerin önemli bir kısmının adölesan gebelerde distres ve psikososyal sağlık düzeyini etkilediği bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular ışığında adölesan gebelerin psikososyal sağlık düzeylerinin artırılmasında distresi azaltmaya ilişkin müdahalelerin etkili olacağı söylenebilir.

Investigation of Cultural Factors and the Effects of Distress on Psychosocial Health in Pregnant Adolescents

Abstract

Introduction: This study was planned to examine the effects of cultural factors and distress on psychosocial health in adolescent pregnant women. Material and Methods: The research was completed with 100 adolescent pregnant women who agreed to participate in the study between 1 May 2020 and 1 March 2021 in Muş State Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Polyclinics. In the collection of data; Introductory Information Form, Tilburg Pregnancy Distress Scale (TPDS), and Pregnancy Psychosocial Health Assessment Scale (PPHAS) were used. The mean TPDS score of the adolescent pregnant women was (18.55±7.54) and the mean PPHAS score was (3.79±0.55). When the total scores of the adolescent pregnant women from the scales were compared, a statistically significant negative correlation was found between the GPSPSS and TGSS (r=-,837**, p<0.01.). In addition, a statistically significant negative correlation was found between all sub-dimensions of both scales (p<0.01). Conclusion: İn this study; It was found that although 11% of adolescent pregnant women were under stress and 3% had low psychosocial health levels, the majority of them had good psychosocial health levels. It was found that there was a significant negative correlation between TPDS and PPHAS, and a significant part of cultural factors were found to affect distress and psychosocial health levels in adolescent pregnant women.
