Qarluqs, who lived between the 6th and 8th centuries, are one of the important Turkish tribes. The state has established themselves as well as their descendants Karakhanids and Gaznavid dynasties came from them. With regard to their organization, these are the main sources: 1. Chinese sources, 2. Numismatic materials, 3. The Uyghur texts. When these three main sources added Mahmud al-Kashghari’s Diwan alLugat al-Turk and Islamic documents, Qarluq facts about the history of the organization began to emerge.
Uygur metinleri. Bu üç ana kaynağa Kaşgarlı Mahmud’un Dîvânü Lugati’t-Türk isimli eseri ve az sayıdaki İslâm vesikaları da ilâve edildiğinde Karluk Devleti’nin kuruluş tarihi ile ilgili gerçekler ortaya çıkmaya başlar.
