Bu çalışmada, Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü Emet-Kütahya kolemanit tesisinden temin edilen kolemanit numunelerine Yates deneysel düzen tekniğine göre oksalik asit ile kimyasal asit liç deneysel çalışmaları, kimyasal analiz ve değerlendirme işlemleri yapılmıştır. Bu deneysel çalışma sonucunda; Emet kolemanit cevherinin (%28,05 B2O3) oksalik asit ile yapılan kimyasal liç işleminde (d100 = 0,075 mm; %5 katı (ağırlıkça); 50 g/L oksalik asit; 80±2 oC liç sıcaklığı; 90 dk liç süresi) B2O3 in çözeltiye alma verimi %97,89’dur
In this study, Chemical leaching with oxalic acid, chemical analyzing and evaluation treatment on colemanite samples, were provided by Eti Mine Works General Directorate Emet-Kütahya colemanite factory, were completed using Yates sampling technique. Using optimum conditions (d100 = 0.075 mm; 5% solids (by weight); 50 g/L oxalic acid; 80±2oC leaching temperature; 90 minutes leaching time) for Emet colemanite sample (28.05% B2O3) on chemical leaching with oxalic acid experiments, the calculated boric acid extraction efficiency from colemanite ore was approximately 97.89% under the optimum conditions
