Abstract

Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmelerin (KOBİ) bir çok finansal güçlükleri vardır. Risk sermayesi KOBİ’lerin finansal problemlerinin çözümünde temel kaynaklardan birisi olabilir. Bu çalışmada risk sermayesi sistemi açıkladıktan sonra, risk sermayesinin Türkiye’deki uygulaması ve Türkiyede’ki KOBİ’lere sağlayabileceği potansiyel faydalar tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) have many important financial difficulties. Venture capital is one of the major sources that SME enterprises can utilize in the solution of their financial problems. In this study, a brief explanation of the venture capital system is followed by information about the application and possible benefits to SMEs of this system in Turkey.
