Abstract

Bu çalısmanın amacı, farklı finansal performans ölçütlerine göre isletme performansının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalısmada performans ölçütü olarak dört yöntem kullanılmıstır. TOPSĐS yöntemi ile performans ölçütleri tek bir değere indirgenmis ve isletmenin farklı illerdeki otellerinin performansı karsılastırılmıstır.

Abstract

(Performance Evalvation According to TOPSIS) The aim of this study is to evaluate organizational performance based on the several financial performance measures. In this study four methods are used as performance measure. Using TOPSIS method, performance measures are downgraded to a single value, and this value is used to compare performances of different hotels from different countries owned by the same corporation.
