Abstract

Bu çalışma günümüz işletmelerinin sürekli değişen ve gelişen piyasa koşulları içerisinde rekabet güçlerini korumak amacıyla dışarıdan sağladıkları profesyonel finansal danışmanlık faaliyetlerine yönelik eleştirisel bîr yaklaşım sunmaktadır.İnceleme, bu konuda farklı yaklaşımların hangisinin daha gerçekçi ve kullanılabilir olduğunu aramak yerine, finansal danışmanlık olgusu ve bu olgu çerçevesinde geliştirilebilecek bir sistematiği, farklı piyasa koşullarını dikkate alarak tartışmaktadır.
