EURO’ya Geçiş ve Türkiye’nin İhracatına Etkisi

Abstract

Türkiye ekonomisini büyük ölçüde etkilemesi beklenilen, yakın geçmişteki bir gelişme de Avrupa Birliğinde tek para birimi “Euro”ya geçiştir. Euro’nun tedavüle girmesiyle birlikte, Avrupa Birliği ekonomisinde ticaretin artması, döviz kuru belirsizliğinin ortadan kalkması, fiyatların şeffaflaşması ve böylece gelirin artması beklenilmektedir. Euro ekonomisindeki beklenilen bu olumlu gelişmeler, Türkiye’nin ihracatını da artıracaktır, çünkü Türkiye’nin ihracatının büyük bir kısmı AB’ne yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Euro’ya geçişin Türkiye’nin ihracatını nasıl etkilediği incelenmiştir.

Transition To Euro And Its Effect On Turkish Export

Abstract

One of the recent developments, which is anticipated to affect the Turkish economy geratly, is the conversion to single currency “Euro” in the European Union. With the circulation of Euro, increase in trade, elimination of Exchange rate risk, transparency of prices and thus increase in income are expected in the EU economy. These improvements in the EU economy will also increase the Turkish export because most of the Turkish exports have been made to the EU. In this study, how the transition to Euro has affected the Turkish export is examined.
