Abstract

Measuring and reporting quality costs are important aspects of quality management practices. This study evaluates the top 500 industrial enterprises for quality costs perspective. Since the participants of this survey are from 11 different manufacturing sectors and different geographical areas, therefore this paper presents the anaylsis of manufacturing companies across Turkey

Abstract

Kalite maliyetlerini ölçme ve raporlama, kalite faaliyetlerinin yönetimi açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışma, kalite maliyetleri açısından 500 büyük sanayi kuruluşunun değerlendirilmesini ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan işletmeler, 11 farklı üretim sektöründen ve farklı coğrafi bölgelerden olduğu için, bu çalışma genel olarak Türkiye’deki üretim şirketlerinin analizi niteliği taşımaktadır.
