Sosyal Sorumluluk Anlayışının İşletmelerde Algılanma Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bugün iş dünyasında faaliyetlerini yürüten herhangi bir işletmenin yöneticileri eskiye göre daha fazla sosyal sorumluluk içinde davranmak zorundadırlar. Bugünün çağdaş işletme yöneticilerinin sık sık karşılaştıkları ve çözmek zorunda oldukları problemlerin başında sosyal sorumlulukla ilgili konular gelmektedir. Bu çalışma sosyal sorumluluk anlayışının işletmelerde algılanma düzeylerinin belirlenmesi üzerinde yapılmıştır. İş dünyasında faaliyetlerini yürüten işletmeler tarafından bu kavramın nasıl algılandığını belirlemek için anket çalışması yapılmış ve sonuçlar frekans analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

Today managers of companies in business world have to behave in a more social responsibility manner compared to past.Issues related to social responsibility are one of the major issues that today contemporary business managers frequently face and have to dealwith. This study aims to identify perception levels op social responsibility in the companies. A survey has been prepared in order to understand how companies refer to social responsibility concept. Results have been evaluated by frequency analysis.
