KOBİ’ler ve Küresel Ekonomik Kriz (2008-?): Pazarlama Açısından Bursa İlinde Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract

Türkiye ekonomisini etkileyen küresel ekonomik kriz, sahip oldukları yapısal sorunları nedeniyle Türkiye ekonomisinde önemli bir yeri olan KOBİ’leri de büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu çalısmanı amacı Bursa ilindeki KOBİ’lerin pazarlama çabalarının küresel ekonomik krizden farklı sekilde etkilenip etkilenmedigine iliskin yöneticilerin düsüncelerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalısma sonuçları KOBİ’lerin pazarlama çabalarının sonuçlarının küresel ekonomik krizden benzer sekilde etkilendigini göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte küresel ekonomik krize karsı KOBİ’lerin uyguladıkları pazarlama çabaları da genel olarak farklıdır. Ayrıca bu çalısmanın sonuçları orta ölçekli isletmelere göre küçük ölçekli isletmelerin küresel ekonomik krize karsı pazarlama çabalarında degisiklik yapma konusunda daha esnek olduklarını ve daha hızlı kararlar verebildiklerini ortaya koymaktadır. Orta büyüklükteki isletmelerin ise bu konuda “bekle ve gör politikası” izledikleri görülmektedir.

Abstract

SMEs and Global Economic Crisis (2008 - ?) : A Field Research From Marketing Perspective in Bursa Global economic crisis affecting Turkey economy, has also affected heavily the SMEs which have an important place in Turkey economy. The purpose of this study is to present the evaluations of the respondents about whether SMEs marketing efforts are differently affected by global economic crisis in Bursa. The results of the study show that the results of the SMEs’ marketing efforts are similarly affected by global economic crisis. Besides, marketing efforts of SMEs’ carried out toward global economic crisis are also different in general. Additionally, the results of this study put forward that small-sized firms are more flexible than medium-sized firms about changing marketing efforts toward global economic crisis and can make more rapidly decisions. It is shown that the medium-sized firms have been following “wait and see policy” about this issue.
