Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’deki üniversitelerde muhasebe alanında yapılmış kayıtlı ve ulaşılma olanağı bulunan yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerinin; profilini, alana katkılarını, içerik ve konu açısından zaman içindeki yönelimini belirlemektir. Çalışma 1984-2012 yılları arasında muhasebe alanında yazılan ve erişime açık 656 lisansüstü tezi kapsamaktadır. Tezler içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak konularına, kullanılan yönteme, geliştirilen öneri ve alana katkı gibi belirli kriterlere göre incelenerek sınıflandırılmıştır. Araştırma verileri Excel programında değerlendirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nden yararlanılmıştır.

A Review On The Contents Of The Graduate Thesis Conducted On Accounting In Turkey (1984-2012)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present the number of graduate-level accounting theses, and their distrubiton to years, universities, sub-topics and areas of interest. This study includes 656 theses written between the years 1984-2012, registered in Council of Higher Education (YÖK) National Theses Center under accounting topic. Content analysis method was used.Thesis topic, the method according to the criteria of the contributions were clasiffication.Research data were evaluated in an Excel spreadsheet. Thesis Center National Council of Higher Education as a means of data collection were used.
