Evaluation Process

- The papers submitted to our journal are first checked for plagiarism by our Format and Spelling Editor. The papers which are above the similarity rates given under the Section "Ethical Principles and Publication Policy" on the website of our journal are directly rejected according to their similarity rates or are returned to the author for the necessary corrections.

- The papers with similarity rates below the upper limits are evaluated by our Format and Spelling Editor in terms of conformity with the format of our journal under the Section "Author Guidelines" and important errors in spelling. As a result of this evaluation, format and spelling errors are reported to the author and necessary corrections are requested.

- After all the corrections specified by our Format and Spelling Editor are made, the papers are assigned to a Section Editor according to their topics.

- As a result of the blind-review evaluation carried out with the reviewers assigned by our Section Editors, the proposed decision is sent to our Editor-in-Chief by the Section Editor.

- The final decision about the paper is conveyed to the authors by our Editor-in-Chief in line with the suggestion of our Section Editor.

- After reviewing the revised paper and response letter by our Editor-in-Chief and Section Editor for the papers for which revision decision is made, the paper and response letter which are decided to show the necessary changes/corrections in detail are sent back to the authors by the Section Editors.

- This process is terminated by the Section Editor when the reviewers make a final decision of acceptance or rejection, and the final decision is sent to our Editor-in-Chief.

- Accepted publications are reviewed for the last time by our Technical Editor, and the papers are especially visually improved. At this stage, the opinions of the authors are also taken into account.

- The pre-evaluation period of the articles in our journal is 7 days on average and the evaluation period is 60 days on average. Accepted papers are published in the next issue.
