HAKLAR ve AİDİYET ARASINDA BİREY

Abstract

Bu çalışma, gittikçe haklar ve aidiyet temelinde hem siyasi hem de teorik alanda daha fazla tartışma konusu haline gelen birey ve bireyliğin doğasını ve sınırlarını açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Son yıllarda hem bir nevi bireyin evrenselleşmesi diyebileceğimiz insan haklarının kapsayıcı bir şekilde evrensel-leşmesi hem de ulus-devletlere yönelik aşağıdan yukarı hak ve özgürlük talepleri birey-grup ve birey-devlet ilişkilerini yeniden şekillendirmektedir. Çalışma, bu bireyin yeniden anlamlandırılma sürecini iyi kavrayabilmek için bi-reyin ne olduğu ile insan hak ve özgürlüklerinin gelişimini incelemektedir. Bu inceleme yapılırken liberalizmin çıkışı, ona yönelik eleştiriler ve geçirdiği değişim ele alınacaktır. Çalışma, bireyliğin oluşumunda ve bireyselleşmede, haklar ve aidiyet arasındaki hem birbirini reddeden hem de besleyen karşılıklı ilişkinin belirleyici olduğunu tartışmaktadır.
